4×4 Excursion in the dunes of Erg Chebbi

To spend a day in the desert with a driver guide experienced in navigation in order to confront and cross the dunes by the turn of the sand dunes , visit the lead at the time in Mifis mines , attend a local musical session Gnawa ( black men of African origin ) , visit the gardens of the palmeraie to discover the ancient irrigation system.

After breakfast we will explore the desert area and the incredible dunes of the Erg Chebbi desert. We will make a circuit around the dunes where you will have the opportunity to see the lifestyle of the nomads and the incredible contrasts of the desert. We will also visit the “black village” of Khamlia to see the Gnawa musicians. We will have a traditional Berber pizza for lunch at the Hassan family campsite. Afterwards you will have the opportunity to visit sites with black volcanic rock. Continuing we will reach a panorama of dunes and a lake.
